Marketing collateral refresh for Daresbury Park
Bella Design & Marketing produced a new brand identity and marketing collateral for Marshall CDP
Bella Design was recently instructed by Marshall CDP to refresh the marketing collateral for Daresbury Park, a highly successful business park located on junction 11 of the M56 motorway.
We created a new brand identity for the park which more readily reflects the fabulous rural location of Daresbury Park and in turn enabled us to refresh the look and feel of the marketing collateral including new marketing literature.
The new digital iBrochure focuses on the design and build opportunities at Daresbury Park, with offices available from 10,000 – 500,000 sq ft.
Daresbury Park is a key strategic site for business development and growth with over 5 million people living within a 45 minute drive time of the park. Comprising 225 acres with planning consent for approximately 1.6 million square feet, the park provides an exceptional environment which is already home to numerous international businesses.
Daresbury Park is set within a beautifully rural environment directly off Junction 11 of the M56, offering excellent connectivity across the North West. The location also benefits from having two international airports, Manchester and Liverpool within a 20 minute drive.
