Marketing Collateral for North Western Hall, Liverpool
We were delighted to be instructed by Manchester-based urban leisure and retail property consultants Jenics to create marketing materials for the iconic North Western Hall in Liverpool.
North Western Hall, located next to Lime Street Station in Liverpool is an imposing Grade II Listed Renaissance building of renowned location and address. It was formerly the North Western Hotel, built in 1871 by London & North Western Railway as a 330 bedroom hotel.
The refurbished building will provide the opportunity for a full-service hotel, aparthotel and limited service/budget hotel.
The building has an incredible history as one of the founding family of ‘grand’ railway hotels including:
- St Pancras (London)
- The Midland (Manchester)
- The Balmoral (Edinburgh)
With the renaissance of Liverpool’s hotel market, allied to a committed owner/developer, the building will be returned to its former status as a landmark hotel by Q2/Q3 2019.
The building is held as a long-term investment by the Worthington family.
