We were instructed by Lambert Smith Hampton to produce a digital brochure to market the available units at the successful Arcades Shopping Centre in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Arcades is regarded as the prime retail location in the town, strategically positioned between the award winning indoor market and the Ladysmith Centre. The town benefits from a good balance of fashion and general retail brands such as M&S, Sainsbury’s and Ikea, as well as the successful leisure scheme, Ashton Moss.
Icons on the brochure’s home page highlight current retail tenants, showcasing the calibre of key occupiers within Arcades. The digital brochure also features a gallery to further present tenants shop fronts and photography of the shopping centre itself.
Two location maps have been integrated into the brochure, promoting Arcades proximity to nearby shops and amenities as well as nearby cities and surrounding transport and road networks. Site maps highlight the current occupiers and available retail units on both the ground and first floor.
The digital brochure features a black and red colour scheme in line with the scheme’s branding, giving it a bold look and feel, and providing an effective, contemporary marketing tool.
